Ian Lara is a superbly talented Dominican-American stand-up comedian from Queens. His sets touch on themes of growing up with immigrant parents, being unsure about his race and his born-again Christian father. He appeared on Comedy Central's “StandUP Featuring” (where his set has garnered over 7 million views on Facebook and over 10 million views total) and was a regular player on "This Week at the Comedy Cellar" on Comedy Central (where his set garnered 7.9 million views on Facebook during the pandemic). He was also featured in season one of Bring The Funny on NBC and made his late night television debut on the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon pre-pandemic. In 2020, Ian performed his first 30min special for HBOLatino's Entre Nos titled 'LA MEETS NY.' Ian was also recently selected as one of Freeform's Black & Freeform Honorees, performed as a New Face at JFL and named one of "10 Lesser- Known Great Black Comedians" by Screenrant. His Comedy Central ½ hour special aired February 10th and his half hour HBO Max special Romantic Comedy will be released on November 11. This past month, Ian was featured on Charlamagne Tha God’s Hell of A Week and made his second appearance on The Tonight Show.

Most recently, Dwight filmed a set for the circle network which will air on Peacock in the early spring of 2022. In 2018, his self-produced album "Sip and Pass" reached #1 on the iTunes comedy charts, making it his second release to do so. In that same year, he was listed as Indiana’s selection for Thrillist’s 50 Best Undiscovered Comics in the country. Dwight’s comedy has been featured on Kevin Hart’s LOL on Sirius XM and on the Bob and Tom show for which he is also a writer. He is a co-director of the Limestone Comedy Festival and the creator and host of the web-series BrewTube Comedy. His 3rd album "Who's The Master", will be released this fall.
